The goods are only shipped when customers are satisfied with its quality. 
 

Step 1: Search for your favorite products on website vqhair.com or social media (IG: @vq_hair_factory) and save what products that you want to order.

Step 2: Send your order details (texture, length, color, quantity…) to our staff via Whatsapp number (+84962318090) or chat directly on the website.

Or you can video call our sales member to discuss more about your orders.

Step 3: Confirm your final order (type, textures, quality, quantity, color...)

Step 4: We will send an order confirmation and attach an invoice with both product price and shipping cost.

Step 5: You check the invoice and make payment. Our factory will start producing it when we receive your payment.

Step 6: When the order is complete, we will make a video call for you to check the quantity  and quality of hair. If you are happy with the hair, we will ship it.
